The Beverly Hills Concierge Service has an events program unparalleled in Los Angeles.
Customized Web Site
We customize a Web site worth $8K that enables your residents to have all of its preferred vendors, like plumbers, housekeepers and painters, calendar of events, important venues and important information all in one place.
We do not charge extra for any programs or computer hardware. Everything is included within our hourly fee. Office supplies are provided by the HOA.
Monthly Newsletter
A customized HTML-based monthly newsletter to keep residents informed about HOA events, along with local venue highlights and openings.
EVENTS
The BHC holds quarterly mixers at no cost to the client at area restaurants or bars where all BHC members get to meet and greet each other. We have also acquired a stellar reputation with HOAs to organize events for their residents at their property. Our in House RSVP system along with our inhouse design team who create fliers make for a profesionally promoted event no other management firm, concierge service or security firm can compete with. All BHC events are photographed with a profesional photographer at no cost to the client.
SUNDAY EXPRESS
The BHC also has a weekly or monthly Sunday Express where we serve Starbucks Coffee, Krispy Kreme Doughnuts, Orange Juice and Pastries. One Sunday Express is sponsored and paid for by the BHC at no cost to the client.
