Just a note to give you an example of how nice it is to have the concierge service. I was driving the other day and realized that not only was I late, but I forgot to bring the directions. I didn't have the time (or eyesight) to figure it out on my phone, so I called the concierge service and had them MapQuest the directions for me and look up the phone number so I could call and say I was running late.
